Mahfoud Construction is a residential and light-commercial design-build firm serving private clients in Atlanta since 1982. We aim to help our clients create differentiated architecture with high-performance spaces. Mahfoud incorporates building-science best practices, including 3rd party technical design and field verification, through the enrollment of Southface Institute’s Earthcraft programs.

Residential capacity includes new custom homes, seamless additions, and structural renovations. In the light commercial market our capacity includes tenant space build-outs, and the development of brick and mortar or multi-family buildings.
